Terms & Conditions.
Please understand deposit payments means your acceptance to these terms and conditions.
Booking Fee
To secure your date a Non refundable Booking fee £50 is required by bank transfer. This £50 will be deducted from your final bill.
Invoicing/Payments & Amendments.
Invoices will be created and sent to yourself on booking. Booking fee invoice and remaining balance invoice. These can be changed at any point whether that's adding people on or taking off.
All invoices need to be paid no later then 4 weeks of the date booked.
There is also options of paying by instalments if this works better for yourselves instead of paying in full amount closer to the date. Please let me know on booking which you would prefer.
If the full amount isn't paid by due date given, which either method you go for, money that has been paid will not be refunded and the date will be cancelled.
Cancellations.
If you find yourself in a position whereby you need to cancel your booking, your Booking Fee can be transferred to a new date. Should I not be available for your new date I will recommend another makeup artist for you to contact and the initial booking fee will remain non-refundable.
Cancellation by Charlotte.
Should I find myself in an unfortunate and rare situation due to illness, personal emergency, injury I will seek to provide a suitable replacement. This of course cannot be guaranteed and if you are unhappy to go ahead with my recommendation a full refund will be provided.
Travel Costs.
Mileage for travel to and from locations will be charged at £0.55p per mile ( Mileage for travel will be calculated from WF2 Postcode).
Photography/Images.
I will always ask for permission when taking photos of my work. On a agreement these images will be used for business purposes only (website, social media and advertising). Please let me know if you don't agree to this.
Confidentiality.
It is required by law to retain records of your services including personal data. All personal data is stored securely and cannot be accessed by anyone else other than myself.
Liability.
I am fully insured and my public liability certificate can be made available on request. During my time of providing my services I shall not be negligent or misuse my products and equipment. Any allergies must be reported before appointments. If not yourself or third party agree to release me from liability and responsibility related to allergic reactions.
